M.Y.B.A.D is a community group that we founded to bring support to mothers who are suffering with Major Depression Disorder. M.Y.B.A.D offers MeetUps and other events that promote unity and empowerment.

M.Y.B.A.D. stands for Mothers Yet Battling Against Depression. The idiom "my bad" is used as an apology. Oftentimes, mothers with depression find themselves having to apologize for the symptoms of their disorder.

We believe that now is the time to help people to remove the mask and speak up about their issues. It is also time to provide them with the care that many people feel to embarrassed to request for themselves.
